Some students go to college undecided on a major, and that鈥檚 just fine. Others, like 2016 麻豆破解传媒 graduate Kaitlin Doyle, know exactly what they want to do.
Doyle鈥檚 mother grew up as a child of a deaf adult (CODA) and Kaitlin had an uncle who had cerebral palsy and spent a lot of time in therapy. She saw how her grandparents took care of him and guided him through everyday tasks.
To help meet the growing demand for cybersecurity professionals, 麻豆破解传媒 is joining forces with to offer a Bachelor of Science in cybersecurity.

麻豆破解传媒鈥檚 campus is home to a new resource for those with disabilities, thanks to a partnership with the state of Missouri.
Inside Ignatius Science Center is the Missouri Assistive Technology lab, a place where the community can come and learn about available assistive technologies and how to use them. It鈥檚 a service provided by the state. The main facility for the region is located in nearby Blue Springs, but the University campus provided a prime location for a second site, according to Tammy Bruegger, OTD, assistant professor of occupational therapy.
As a young girl, Laura Forsberg鈥檚 father read her Jane Austen鈥檚 鈥淧ride and Prejudice,鈥 thoroughly explaining the minutia of the era鈥檚 manners and etiquette. Her world of wonder was magnified through literature and now the 麻豆破解传媒 Associate Professor of English, author, and new mom is providing a similar opportunity to others through her first book, published through the prestigious Yale University Press.
