(ABET) provides a level of quality assurance for the civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering programs; this is useful for graduates who want to become professionally licensed engineers. 麻豆破解传媒 received this accreditation in October of 2022.
Engineering and Computing Mission Statement
The mission of the 麻豆破解传媒 Engineering and Computing program is to develop high-quality graduates who meet the needs of our society both locally and globally. Graduates will be prepared and confident in their abilities to assist industry, and will advance within the industry ranks. 麻豆破解传媒 Engineering and Computing graduates are equipped with a broad complement of skills to operate in the increasingly competitive global community.
Engineering and Computing graduates are engineers and computer scientists actively involved in the life and growth of the region and committed to the service of the contemporary world.

Civil Engineering
The Civil Engineering program at 麻豆破解传媒 expects its graduates, within a few years of graduation, to:

ABET Program Outcomes
The 麻豆破解传媒 program has adopted ABET student outcomes (1) through (7), with an additional outcome (8) specific to our program, to foster achievement of the 麻豆破解传媒 program educational objectives. The student outcomes are:
- an ability to identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science, and mathematics
- an ability to apply engineering design to produce solutions that meet specified needs with consideration of public health, safety, and welfare, as well as global, cultural, social, environmental, and economic factors
- an ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences
- an ability to recognize ethical and professional responsibilities in engineering situations and make informed judgments, which must consider the impact of engineering solutions in global, economic, environmental, and societal contexts
